Returns & Exchanges
Once gift cards or products are purchased, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. We will however, offer you an exchange from one product to another. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
The Detox Salts are non-refundable or exchangeable. If your product is shipped to you and arrives damaged, SALT Float Spa will send you a replacement. An image of the damaged product is required.

SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping for the purchase of the bath salts. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your products to reach you, may vary.
